The fourth annual Building North Carolina awards, chosen from projects completed between July 1, 2016 and June 30, 2017, showcase commercial structures based on their design, innovation and community impact.

Beacon Partners’ seven-story office building near downtown Charlotte hit the 95% occupancy mark soon after opening (June 2017). It’s ground-floor retail offerings are attracting pedestrian traffic as well.
