Charlotte Center City Partners, Duke Energy and Beacon Partners unveiled multicolored lighting on a electrical substation and transmission tower on the Charlotte Rail Trail tonight, 01.27.16. After ceremonies, the lights were made Carolina Panthers blue for a short while. Rail Trail visitors at the Bland Street light rail station can view the lights nightly.
