Alex has energy to burn. Good thing, since he is responsible for leasing and marketing Atando Business Park, a 1.1 million square foot industrial park in Charlotte. He also assists the industrial team with leasing Beacon’s existing portfolio as well as pursing new acquisition opportunities. 

A graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point, Alex earned a degree in accounting and business management. After graduating, he spent over eight years combined with the Airborne Division of the Army in Fayetteville, North Carolina and as Commander, Operational Detachment – Alpha at 7th Special Forces Group in Destin, Florida.

Alex is what one might call a roaming gnome – he’s never lived in one place for more than three years. It’s safe to say he’s more than excited to call Charlotte home and be closer to his family.
