With an eye for opportunity and a track record of execution, Alex is a key part of Beacon’s industrial team, identifying and executing new investment opportunities throughout the Carolinas, including development and acquisition projects, while overseeing leasing of the existing portfolio. A West Point graduate, he brings the strategic acumen and disciplined execution developed over nine years in the U.S. Army, including service as a Green Beret in 7th Special Forces Group.

Alex is what one might call a roaming gnome – he’s never lived in one place for more than three years. It’s safe to say he’s more than excited to call Charlotte home and be closer to his family.
