With more than 25 years of commercial management experience, Amanda is an invaluable asset to Beacon. Responsible for managing a portfolio of both Beacon-owned and third-party client owned office buildings in South End, Amanda is dedicated to exceeding expectations and delivering top-tier results. As the leader of the Charlotte Office Property Management Team, she combines her creativity, passion, and keen attention to detail to create a collaborative environment while ensuring that every property is managed to the highest standards.  

Amanda graduated from Winthrop College with a bachelor's degree in fine arts. She earned a Certified Property Manager (CPM ®) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
