Air Traffic Controller: Sunny. Hospitable. Gregarious.

When it comes to taking care of customers, Anne is our gold-standard. When she’s not greeting our guests and callers, she is our office administrator, and provides helpful support to property management, leasing, and finance. Anne has more than 35 years of customer service experience, including serving as a flight attendant for 20 years, and was an executive assistant and facilities manager with Avelo Mortgage, a Goldman Sachs company. She earned a bachelor's degree in English from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. 

Anne is an avid birdwatcher and a minor celebrity in the Charlotte birding world for having rare migrant species in her backyard on occasion. She may or may not have binoculars at her desk.
