John likes to start a project and see it finished until the end. His knack for being persistent and persevering make him the ideal candidate for his role as a Building Engineer. John is responsible for providing services to our office and industrial buildings and tenants throughout the Charlotte area, including Atando Business Park in North Charlotte to The Addison in Midtown Charlotte. Originally an electrician by trade, John spent over 10 years working primarily in a hospital environment that included public and critical infrastructure; however, in 2015 he obtained a bachelor’s in business administration from Catawba College where his career headed into building operations and project management. He spent over seven years as a building engineer with JLL/Concord Hospitality.
