John’s the guy who makes buildings better. His focus is on industrial development projects, having led several projects totaling more than 4 million square feet, as well as tenant improvements, upfits and capital improvements. John performs due diligence for acquisitions, analyzes sites for development potential, manages entitlements and construction and ensures our customers have a smooth occupancy process. He's also an active member of NAIOP Charlotte. 

John graduated with a bachelor's degree in construction engineering and management from North Carolina State.

John doesn’t mind telling you that he is the funniest guy in a room full of engineers. By far.​
