John has a knack for being able to see the forest through the trees. As the Capital Markets Associate, John works closely with our finance and capital team to assist with underwriting, forecasting, valuation, and capital sourcing. Prior to joining Beacon, John worked for CBRE’s Institutional Debt & Structured Finance team. A graduate of Villanova University, he double majored in finance and real estate. He has a North Carolina real estate license and volunteers for the local Cystic Fibrosis Foundation chapter. 

John was born and raised in Minnesota, and is, of course, an avid Vikings fan.
