Matt brings over 20 years of experience, a future-focused outlook, and an energetic, people-first approach to his role as senior property manager at Beacon Partners. He is responsible for managing a key portion of Beacon’s Midtown and South End office portfolio, including 1616 Center, Southborough, and The Addison. Matt began his career in property management as a concierge in a New York City office building. Since then, his passion for service and operations has led him through diverse leadership roles—from overseeing medical facilities to managing large-scale assets. Before joining Beacon, Matt was responsible for a 1.7 million square foot mixed-use campus in Charlotte’s University City area, where he managed office, R&D, and industrial space. Matt attended the University of Nevada (formerly Sierra Nevada College).
