Matt leads Beacon Partners’ due diligence, entitlement, development and tenant improvement project management functions, including all phases of design, construction and occupancy throughout the Carolinas. With over 20 years of real estate experience in the Carolinas, Matt has managed over 8 million square feet of industrial, office, healthcare, and institutional projects. Matt graduated with a degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Cincinnati. 

Matt loves spending quality time with his wife and two children. He enjoys fishing, hiking, concerts, and cheering for his alma mater and hometown Cleveland sports teams. Matt also volunteers with organizations that focus on at-risk youth.
