Michele is constantly striving for improvement in everything she does. Her creativity and attention to detail have helped Michele run a tight ship when it comes to managing her properties. At Beacon, she is responsible for a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of office and industrial properties in the Triangle, including Apex Gateway, Durham Summit and 2728 Capital Boulevard. With over 20 years of property management experience, Michele has earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and currently serves as Vice President of the Triangle Chapter International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), where she is also a member of the Community Outreach Committee. 

 


A foodie, music-lover, former runner (turned walker) and lover (or hater) of golf, there isn’t much Michele doesn’t enjoy doing!
