Molly Roberts Property Manager

Molly is responsible for managing 2 million square feet of Beacon’s industrial assets throughout Charlotte’s southwest submarket, including Commerce Park. Prior to joining Beacon, Molly worked for Foundry Commercial where she managed Class A office tower in Uptown Charlotte. She also has experience managing low-rise office, mixed-use, flex properties. 

Molly grew up in Virginia and is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelors’ degree in property management.

In her spare time Molly enjoys traveling to new places, tackling home “DIY” projects, watching Virginia Tech football games and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
