Monica has been part of the Beacon family since 2004, and her contributions are far-reaching to say the least! She manages accounts payables and receivables for all Beacon-owned and third-party managed properties, handles lease administration and TICAM reconciliations, helps prepare financial statements and budgets, and assists the director of investments! Before joining Beacon, Monica spent over six years as an accountant in the manufacturing industry. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in accounting and is a board member of the Indiana University Alumni Club of Charlotte.
