As President and Managing Partner, Pete oversees Beacon’s strategic direction, investment and capitalization strategies. After graduating Davidson College in 2012, Pete has spent his entire professional career with Beacon, where he also served in leasing, asset management and development/acquisition roles.

He currently serves as the chair of the Dowd YMCA Board of Directors and has held other leadership positions in the community and professional organizations. He has participated as mentor in the Project Destined real estate training program and in the Y Readers program as a reading buddy.

Pete does not believe in skipping leg day.
