Idea Guy: Chief. Mindful. Selfless.

Pete is a humble servant-leader. He joined forces in the fall of 1989 with Ed Weisiger, Jr. to start Beacon Partners and served as President/CEO and Managing Partner for 35 years.  He remains active at Beacon, now serving as Chairman. Pete is also very committed to a number of community organizations where he serves as an active volunteer and advisor. Pete holds a master’s degree from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
