As a Project Manager, Preston is responsible for managing new developments as well as tenant and capital improvements. He works hard to exceed customer expectations by selecting the right design and construction teams and leading projects from conception to completion.

Preston graduated from the University of Florida where he studied economics and real estate. Upon graduation, Preston served as a project manager for Foundry Commercial in their Orlando and Charlotte offices where he gained seven years of experience managing office and industrial upfits and developments.

Preston has enjoyed the transition from beaches of Florida to the mountains of North Carolina where he and his dog Miller enjoy hiking and fly fishing. Miller is better company than he is an angler!
