With more than 15 years of commercial management experience, Theresa is a fountain of real estate knowledge.  Known for her warm and caring demeanor and ability to foster a motivating environment, Theresa leads the Charlotte Industrial Property Management Team with strength and steadiness, always striving to achieve excellence. In addition to her leadership role, Theresa manages several industrial properties in Charlotte including both Beacon owned assets, and third party owned assets such as Metrolina Business Park. Prior to joining Beacon in 2020, Theresa worked for Colliers International where she managed office, retail and industrial properties in Columbus, Ohio.
