Theresa is a fountain of real estate knowledge. With more than 15 years of commercial management experience – ranging from office to industrial - she currently cares for nearly 3.5 million square feet of industrial property, including Metrolina Business Park, owned by a third party institutional client, Atando Business Park and various North Charlotte Beacon owned assets. Prior to joining Beacon, she managed mixed-use and industrial buildings in Columbus, Ohio where she worked for Colliers International. She holds a real estate sales associate license in Ohio and Missouri and is in the progress of earning a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
