While we’re busy identifying opportunities for new developments, acquisitions, and dispositions, Tim is behind-the-scenes working closely with asset managers to help arrange capitalizations for them. With 25 plus years of real estate experience, he expertly works with our capital relationships, coordinates financing activities and facilitates closing transactions. Tim graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a bachelor's degree in business management.

Tim was Cleveland’s version of Prefontaine in high school.
