Beacon Partners announced we have recently purchased the Ross Stores distribution center in Fort Mill, SC. The building is over 255,000 square feet and previously was leased fully by Ross, which operates Ross Dress for Less Stores. The area surrounding the location is booming, fueled by corporate relocations and population growth.
