Nearly two dozen commercial real estate projects completed in the last year were recognized at the Charlotte Business Journal's fourth annual Heavy Hitters awards on October 18th. Twenty-two projects substantially completed between July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 in the Charlotte region were recognized as finalists, with several development teams taking home the winning prize in nine categories. Beacon Partners' Metrolina Park was the winner in the Warehouse Development category and 500 East Morehead was a finalist in the Office Development (Multi-Tenant) category.
