Beacon Partners has leased 10,389 square feet at The Station at LoSo to Elevate Sports Ventures, LLC. The full-service sports and entertainment consulting firm supports high-performing organizations in sports and beyond. Headquartered in Charlotte, the firm is expanding and will relocate from SouthPark to Station 4 in May. Elevate is the second tenant to relocate headquarters operations from SouthPark to The Station at LoSo.

“Charlotte is an important hub for Elevate, and we are excited to be supporting the growth of our team with a new space at Station 4,” said Cameron Wagner, Chief Client Officer with Elevate. “Beacon has done an incredible job with the development, and the office provides all of the energy, infrastructure and amenities that were most important to our team.”

Established in 2018, Elevate invested in office space at The Station at LoSo in part for the booming food and entertainment district surrounding the property.

Claire Shealy, Senior Office Associate with Beacon Partners, added, “Companies like Elevate are choosing highly amenitized properties in locations with broad appeal to existing employees and future talent. LoSo has experienced a dramatic transformation in recent years, evolving into a premium destination with a vibrant restaurant, music and active lifestyle scene. Elevate is a great addition to the area, and we look forward to welcoming them to Station 4 soon.”

The Station at LoSo is a master-planned mixed-use development in the heart of Charlotte’s Lower South End. With direct access to the Rail Trail, the site is located within 10 minutes of Uptown Charlotte, I-77 and SouthPark. In addition to Station 3 and Station 4, Phase I includes 350 residential units and is connected to 52,000 square feet of experiential retail at LoSo Village.

Station 3 and Station 4 offer a mix of indoor and outdoor retail/office space totaling over 200,000 square feet. Building features include oversized, operable windows; tenant-dedicated fitness and locker rooms; an outdoor park; private terraces on each floor and free onsite parking. The buildings are LEED Silver certified and received a two-star Fitwel rating. Retail tenants include Taco Boy, Salata Salad Kitchen, Sweat Method and Skyla Credit Union. Only three office spec suites remain available, ranging from 6,600 square feet to 9,200 square feet.
