A national sports consulting and marketing firm is moving its headquarters from SouthPark to lower South End.

Elevate Sports Ventures recently signed a lease for a 10,389-square-foot office space at The Station at LoSo's Station 4 building. It will move to the new office in May.

The firm, founded in New York City in 2018, relocated its corporate headquarters to Charlotte in 2021. It is currently located at The Towers at SouthPark at 6100 Fairview Road.

Cameron Wagner, Elevate's chief client officer, said the firm's growth was a catalyst for the move to The Station at LoSo. Wagner said the project's on-site amenities as well as its walkability to nearby entertainment was another key draw.

"Charlotte is an important hub for Elevate, and we are excited to be supporting the growth of our team with a new space," she said. “The office provides all of the energy, infrastructure and amenities that were most important to our team.”

Elevate Sports began as a joint venture between the NFL San Francisco 49ers and Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment, parent company of the NBA Philadelphia 76ers and the NHL New Jersey Devils. Live Nation/Ticketmaster and Oak View Group, a sports facility development and sales and marketing consulting firm, were added later as investors.

Claire Shealy, senior office associate with Beacon Partners, said companies continue to seek out offices at highly amenitized developments because they appeal to both existing employees and future hires.

The Station at LoSo is a mixed-use development that features two five-story office/retail buildings, each of which are 100,000 square feet. The project, developed by Charlotte-based Beacon Partners, delivered in 2023. Station 3 is fully leased. Station 4 has about 30,000 square feet of office space still available.

Office tenants include Skyla Credit Union, which moved into its 50,000-square-foot headquarters there in June 2024; architecture firm CPL, which signed a lease for more than 21,000 square feet last summer; Gambling.com; Beacon Partners; Dwell Design Studios; Crete United; Mythic; and V3 Southeast.

Retail tenants include Sweat Method, Salata Salad Kitchen and Taco Boy.

Marshall Williamson with Lincoln represented Elevate Sports Ventures in the transaction. Shealy represented Beacon Partners.
