Project Overview
500 East Morehead’s interface between the parking deck and the office structure was very complicated to design and construct. Precast façade tastefully fits into the Dilworth neighborhood, while offering amazing views of uptown Charlotte from the roof terrace.
A new 178,260-square-foot, seven-story office building, 500 East Morehead Street was delivered in April 2017. Located on E. Morehead Street, the main corridor of Midtown Charlotte, the building is adjacent to the Dowd YMCA and offers unsurpassed views of Uptown, Dilworth and South End. The building features three outdoor patios, a fitness center, and conference center. First floor amenities include casual and fine dining restaurants, while an attached four-level parking deck provides direct and covered access to the building.
