Project Overview

3065 SouthCross Boulevard is a 50,590 SF manufacturing and distribution facility located in SouthCross Corporate Center, a 40-acre premier business park, in York County, SC. The Class A building was constructed for Crystal Distribution, Inc. (CDI), the largest manufacture of curb adapters in the nation. The site was designed with a pre-graded 50,590 SF expansion pad to accommodate CDI’s future growth. The building, which features a state-of-the-art Ductilcrete TM floor slab, is situated 10 minutes south of Charlotte, directly off of I-77 at Cherry Road (Exit 82) at the intersection of Highway 21 and Highway 161.
