A division HQ of a Fortune 500 Co. in NC

Project Overview

Beacon was selected to build a new regional office HQ facility for a division headquarters of a Fortune 500 company's relocation. The building, located within Riverbend Village, a multi-use development at the intersection on I-485 and NC Highway 16 in northwest Charlotte, has been designed to emulate the brand and culture of the company. The site features an outdoor meeting space for company presentations, as well as a number of other gathering spaces designed throughout the site; all of which will be supported by a variety of hardscape materials and mature landscapes. The building has been designed to be 5.5 stories clad in metal panels, View Glass and stone veneer. The interior of the building features a three-story lobby with an articulating staircase, café, fitness center, and customer interaction.
