Project Overview
Beacon purchased a vacant 303,188 SF industrial facility located on 47 acres along I-77 in Fort Mill, SC. While making significant renovations to improve the functionality and appearance of the property, Beacon signed a lease with Shutterfly, Inc., and subsequently renovated it into Shutterfly, Inc.’s East Coast operations center. The building has over 60,000 SF of office space as well as a data center, production, and distribution.
