The Station at LoSo is a thoughtfully designed 15-acre mixed-use development situated at the Scaleybark Light Rail Station. The design of these brick and steel “warehouse style” buildings offer superior character and style coupled with plentiful outdoor spaces. Office suites range from 5,000 – 90,000 square feet and feature operable windows, fresh air terraces as well as free on-site parking.
Beacon master-planned two multifamily communities adjacent to the site, ultimately becoming MAA LoSo and Ello House, offering 693 luxury rental units with superior resident amenities, along with Land of a Thousand Hills coffee shop located in the ground floor of MAA LoSo.
The second phase of the development will consist of approximately 350 multifamily units and is anticipated to commence construction in 2026. The third and final phase of the Station at LoSo will consist of a combination of ground-up office and multifamily development.
