Adam brings more than 20 years of experience to his role as Senior Project Manager, where he oversees the design, management, and coordination of civil engineering projects. He primarily supports multifamily and mixed-use developments across the Raleigh and Charlotte markets, with expertise in grading, stormwater systems, water distribution, wastewater collection, site lighting, erosion control, and permitting. Prior to joining Beacon, Adam managed commercial projects at McAdams and spent 15 years with Stewart Engineering, where he focused on a wide range of projects, including publicly funded State Construction Office developments. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, with an emphasis in structural engineering.

In college, Adam played Ultimate Frisbee college, finishing fifth in the nation his senior year, and later spent three years on a local pro team. These days, his adventurous spirit lives on in a different arena—hosting a podcast for his fantasy football league.
