Citizen of the World: Curious. Perceptive. Grounded.

Born in Poland, having spent part of her childhood in Stockholm, Anita has been planted firmly in Charlotte for the past 21 years. She has built her career and her life with the same quality she brings to everything: genuine curiosity. With a degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, her fascination with how people think, connect, and are motivated has always been the thread running through her work. As Property Manager at Beacon, she brings over 15 years of property management experience to the team. During her tenure at Greystar as Senior Property Manager, she oversaw The Court at Redstone Apartments in Indian Land, SC, a 260-unit community that earned Multifamily Executive Magazine's Garden-Style Community of the Year for 2021. She most recently served as Commercial Property Manager at Big V Property Group before joining Beacon. 

When Anita isn't managing properties, she's likely somewhere with a trail underfoot or skis on her feet. She has hiked in the Alps, traveled through Kenya, gone on safari and scuba diving, and still insists she's barely scratched the surface.
