Anna Scott Arnold joins Beacon Partners as an Associate focused on industrial leasing, bringing fresh energy and deep roots to the team. She was born and raised in Denver, CO, but spent summers in the Carolinas and developed a genuine love for the region long before she graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a business degree from Kenan-Flagler. She has family heritage in real estate, this combined with her natural instinct for people and problem-solving, made commercial real estate a natural calling. Anna Scott is responsible for leasing at Atando Business Park, Beacon's 1.1-million-square-foot industrial park in Charlotte — and she is hitting the ground running.

Outside of work, Anna Scott is an avid athlete — running, tennis, pickleball, hiking, skiing, and rock climbing are all in regular rotation. She's equally at home at a live music venue or on a mountain trail, and she cherishes time with family and friends.
