 Brian likes math. He leads overall capitalization formation for Beacon’s property portfolio, including capital structuring, capital partner relationship management, and property underwriting and accounting. Previously, he worked with Colonial Properties Trust in Charlotte (multifamily development), and Partners Group in San Francisco (institutional real estate fund and structured product investments). 

Brian is a graduate of North Carolina State University and the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Brian is married and has two daughters. 

Brian loves the outdoors. He has a green thumb and enjoys wetting the line (fishing).
