Chandler brings a strong foundation in civil engineering and business to his role as Senior Project Manager at Beacon, where his focus is always on people as much as projects. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University before heading across the Research Triangle to complete his MBA at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill — all while working full time. Most recently, he was a Development Manager at SunCap Property Group, specializing in Multifamily and Mixed-Use projects. Prior to that, he worked with fellow Beacon associates Gray Harrell and Adam Pike at McAdams Company, where they were affectionately known as the McAdams Mafia.

A proud Elon, NC native and an even prouder NC State fan (yes, despite the UNC diploma), Chandler will tell you that being a Wolfpack fan builds character — and that no one throws a better tailgate.
