With over 25 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance and operations, Charles brings a steady, results-driven approach to every project he undertakes. Known for his reliability and strong work ethic, Charles ensures that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our properties are running smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with industry codes. Charles currently oversees a portion of our Raleigh office and industrial portfolio, including Apex Gateway, Knightdale Gateway, and 702 Oberlin. He is instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing building performance, and maintaining tenant satisfaction. Prior to joining our team, Charles spent two decades with Highwoods Properties. During his tenure, he managed the expansive 40-acre MetLife campus and played a key role in the development of three Class A office buildings totaling 660,000 square feet. Charles’s technical expertise spans HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry—making him an invaluable asset to our team and to the properties we serve.
