Doug has a big heart and a big job. As COO, he leads the day to day operations of Beacon and oversees leasing, property management, project management, marketing, and human resources. His 30 years in the real estate industry includes his service as SVP of Central Florida at Duke Realty Corporation and Florida market director for JLL. Doug is active in the Charlotte community. He's a member of the Board of Directors of the Stratford Richardson YMCA and Freedom Communities as well as a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Renaissance West Community Initiative (RWCI). 

Doug is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. He and his wife, Deb, have three children and live in the Dilworth neighborhood.
