Gray works hard at getting results and completing his projects on time. His creative and task-oriented skills make his role as Project Manager seem like a breeze. Most of Gray’s time is spent on project entitlement, due diligence, and design for new developments. In addition, he handles tenant improvements and capital improvements for the existing portfolio and new acquisitions. Prior to joining Beacon, Gray spent seven years at McAdams, a full-service civil engineering firm, where he worked on several high-profile mixed-use projects as well as some industrial and multi-family projects. 

An Eastern North Carolina native, Gray graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in horticultural science and North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in civil engineering.
