With a natural ability to connect with tenants and teammates alike, Jason is approachable, dependable, and solutions focused. He brings more than 15 years of experience supporting commercial office, industrial, and regulated facilities, and is responsible for maintaining Beacon’s office and industrial properties through preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, tenant service, and emergency response. Most recently, Jason served as Maintenance Supervisor at Amgen/ESFM, where he led the maintenance operations with a strong emphasis on performance, safety, and tenant satisfaction. He holds an associate degree in HVAC and Refrigeration from Wake Technical Community College.

Jason’s passion for the industry began early, working in his family’s HVAC business while still in high school — hands-on experience that shaped his technical expertise and strong work ethic. Outside of work, he brings that same competitive energy to the ping pong table, where, according to his wife, he’s surprisingly hard to beat.
