Josh brings a hands-on, get-it-done approach to the building engineering team. Known for his calm, methodical skill set and strong follow-through, he plays a key role in keeping our industrial and office properties operating efficiently. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Josh spent more than 15 years installing hardwood floors where he worked as a crew leader. He has also worked alongside his father in the family tree business for over 20 years (and still lends a hand evenings and weekends), reinforcing the strong work ethic he’s known for today.
