Katie brings more than 10 years of customer service and property management experience across commercial and multifamily sectors. Known for her calm, solution-oriented approach, she excels at turning challenges into positive outcomes while maintaining strong tenant relationships and operational efficiency. She is responsible for supporting the property management team as well serving as the office manager in the Triangle Market. Katie plays a key part in ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the property portfolio and the office environment. Before joining Beacon, Katie spent over four years with a real estate investment trust (REIT) in property management. She earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Social Work from West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV.
