As Director of Mixed-Use Investments, Kenneth is actively engaged in identifying and executing mixed-use investment and development opportunities across the Triangle, with a particular focus on urban infill commercial and adaptive re-use opportunities. He brings extensive investment experience across industrial, office, and mixed-use assets to his role, with more than a decade of industry experience in varied roles at Eastdil Secured,  Rubenstein Partners, and Johnson Development Associates. Kenneth earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, while also serving as a Fund Associate for the Kenan-Flagler Business School Foundation.

An avid thalassophile, Kenneth holds a deep-water scuba certification with over 100 dives under his belt – from the Florida Keys to the Great Barrier Reef.
