Kenneth leverages a diverse investment background spanning industrial, office, and mixed-use projects to drive Beacon’s investment and development initiatives across the Triangle. With over a decade of real estate expertise, Kenneth has held positions including Analyst at Eastdil Secured, Associate at Rubenstein Partners, and Real Estate Manager for Johnson Development Associates’ industrial division in Philadelphia. Kenneth earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, while also serving as a Fund Associate for the Kenan-Flagler Business School Foundation.

An avid thalassophile, Kenneth holds a deep-water scuba certification with over 100 dives under his belt – from the Florida Keys to the Great Barrier Reef.
