Kyle’s persistence and determination are key factors when it comes to his approach to problem solving.  As a Project Manager, Kyle’s passion for design shines through when overseeing tenant and capital improvements as well as new developments throughout our office and industrial portfolio in Raleigh. He started his career with Balfour Beatty Construction, where he worked on several high-rise residential and offices projects in Washington DC and Raleigh. He graduated with a B.S. Construction Engineering & Management from Virginia Tech and is an active member in the Young Alumni Committee for the School of Construction.

 

Kyle has strong ties to his very large Irish family, making his dual US/Irish citizenship that much more meaningful.
