Patrick’s abundance of patience and keen listening skills help pave the way for finding logical solutions that result in a win-win for both parties. He is responsible for managing over 1.5 million square feet of industrial space throughout Charlotte, including Atando Business Park. Patrick started his property management career in 2019, where he worked at JLL and Intercontinental Real Estate Corp in Boston. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Patrick received a bachelor’s degree in communications.

Patrick played Varsity College Hockey at UCONN.
