When confronted with a problem, Suzanne always searches for a tried-and-true formula, procedure, or a system to solve it. Her intuitive skills, coupled with her 17 plus years of commercial real estate experience, make Suzanne the ideal property manager. She is responsible for managing over 1.5 million square feet of industrial properties throughout the Triangle market, including Beacon Commerce Park, Knightdale Gateway, and Citation Drive. Prior to joining Beacon, Suzanne managed a 40-acre technology campus in Cary. She graduated from Brookdale Community College in New Jersey with an Associates Degree in Social Science.

While Suzanne spends much of her free time at local baseball fields with her two sons, her family’s goal is to visit all the national MLB stadiums one day.
