Tim is a resourceful problem-solver. He leads the industrial leasing and build-to-suit efforts across Beacon’s platform. Prior to joining Beacon, Tim worked in industrial leasing roles for CBRE. A graduate of Davidson College, he is actively involved in his community – coaching youth sports, volunteering with his church and supporting his children’s school.
