Beacon Partners has leased 6,201 square feet at 831 E. Morehead Street in The Addison to reBalance + reSonate – A Wellness Collective. The newly combined organization unites functional fitness, biological optimization, and bioenergetic technologies under one comprehensive platform at The Addison, designed to help individuals rebalance their bodies and resonate at their highest potential. Opening is slated for June.

Easily recognizable for its prominent Midtown location and timeless architecture, The Addison covers nine stories and over 76,000 square feet. The building is situated adjacent to Uptown and The Pearl innovation district, a public/private partnership and home to Charlotte’s Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Over 3,000 multifamily units surround the area. Convenient to South End and walkable to the Carson Light Rail Station, The Addison offers easy access to Interstates 277 and 77.

“The Addison benefits from exceptional positioning, close to the growing medical campus, affluent residential areas, and central business district. reBalance + reSonate – A Wellness Collective brings a premier, next‑generation wellness experience to the location that will be well received by the Midtown community,” commented Claire Shealy Lovette, Director — Office, with Beacon Partners.

Built in 1926 as Charlotte’s first luxury condominiums, The Addison was eventually expanded and converted to office and retail space. Registered as a Historic Landmark, today the building offers modern conveniences, parking, and connectivity to Charlotte’s most dense commercial and residential corridors. Two spaces are available for lease: 3,052 square feet and 3,901 square feet.
