Project Overview

Carolina Place is a 50,400 SF industrial building located in Fort Mill, SC. The project is constructed on roughly eight acres and is located less than one mile from I-77 and less than six miles from the I-77 and I-485 interchange. The building features 24-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers with dock high and drive in loading. The speculative construction of Carolina Place was a public / private partnership with York County Economic Development, the York Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Santee Cooper Electric.
