Beacon partnered with the Campbell Snacks, an international manufacturer and marketer of snack foods, to develop a 525,000 SF build-to-suit warehouse located within the new Pineville Distribution Park off of Industrial Drive in Pineville, NC. The facility, which sits on 33 acres, will serve as a distribution center and will feature 36’ clear height ceilings, cross dock loading and 120-trailer parking spaces. Located near their existing manufacturing plants, the distribution center will support the company’s goal to enhance efficiency and optimize growth.
