The 513,000 SF cross-dock facility, which is constructed of tilt-wall concrete, is adjacent to Husqvarna Consumer Outdoor Products' one-million-plus square foot manufacturing facility in Orangeburg, SC. Located 1.5 miles from I-26, the 36’ clear height facility is used to store and stage riding lawnmowers manufactured at the adjacent facility. Beacon partnered with Husqvarna Consumer Outdoor Products to develop and expand their manufacturing campus.
