Project Overview

To create a corporate campus feel, the R&D facility and Class A building were connected via a nature path. Husqvarna preferred that this R&D facility have additional land (1-2 acres) for testing of their lawn and landscape equipment, which was a challenging proposition when considering Husqvarna preferred to have this facility within eyesight of the new office building.
