International Business Park consists of 500 acres situated at one of North Carolina’s busiest interchanges (I-85 and Highway 73). Located 20 minutes from Charlotte’s CBD and Charlotte Douglas International Airport, International Business Park is home to approximately 30 companies, including global corporations and Fortune 500 companies. Beacon Partners served a role as fee developer for a new Class A industrial facility on behalf of the Nolim Group.
