1217 Apex Drive is a 40,000 SF office and manufacturing facility located in Waterford Business Park, a 250-acre premier corporate park within the Charlotte Metro area. Beacon Partners acquired a partially complete speculative shell industrial building from the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation to accommodate the expansion of Oerlikon Balzers Coatings USA Inc.’s business. Beacon partnered with Oerlikon to design the exterior improvements and customize the interior build-out to meet Oerlikon’s needs for a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
