Project Overview
RiverOaks Corporate Center is a 1.35 million SF, master-planned logistics and manufacturing development, located north of Charlotte in the center of the Carolinas. Situated on 3,125 acres, the park's outstanding access to I-85 and I-485 connects it to all major metropolitan areas, ports, and airports throughout the Southeast and the Eastern Seaboard. A 143,670 SF facility, 800 Derita Road was completed in June 2016, and the 8475 Automation Drive building is 309,536 SF and was completed in August 2016.
